horse-riders-3Whatever the equine, discipline, balance and dynamic posture are always in focus.  Your posture is dynamic, you and your horse are in constant motion which continuously sends the brain feedback about where the body is in space by way or proprioceptive nerves.  The pelvis has the highest concentration of proprioceptors in the body.  As your train your core, you stimulate these proprioceptors, thus improving balance and mobility.
