- Nutrition Philosophy: Food and nutrition should be celebrated! Consume a predominantly whole foods diet rich with plant based foods, whole grains, lean protein and healthy fats. Seek out the simplest ingredients possible. Savor occasional indulgences and embrace a healthy relationship with food. Each client is treated as an individual; as such, no session looks the same.
- My wish for clients: realize your health and wellness goals as they relate to nutrition.
- My purpose as a Dietitian: empower clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Pamela completed a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vida, NYC in 2017. Her classes are invigorating: offering physical challenge plus a nugget of yoga philosophy. Pamela teaches to empower students to live life with enthusiasm and integrity.

My Nutrition Philosophy: An appetite….what an amazing thing to have! If you want your body to function efficiently for a long time, you have to elevate the quality of food your body will accept MOST of the time. Strive for a predominantly whole foods diet rich in plants and color (whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean protein and healthy fats) to be your “normal.” This way you can fully indulge on the comfort foods you love every once in a while. I respect every client’s unique medical and diet history, body type and biology, goals and barriers, taste preferences and cultural influences, as well as your readiness to change. I coach each individual based on these factors to ensure, you not only meet your goals, but maintain them for the rest of your life.
