Pamela Terlizzi MS, RDN, CWWS

Pamela is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed undergraduate studies in Nutrition Science at Cornell University. After graduating Cornell, Pamela moved to Boston to earn a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science and a Dietetic License through Boston University. Pamela is passionate about practical nutrition and corporate wellness programming. She has worked as a wellness consultant for a Fortune 100 health insurance company, personal dietitian to private clients and is currently the lead Dietitian at Verizon. She leads the Nutrition Program for Verizon’s Health and Wellness Organization which serves more than 100,000 employees worldwide.

  • Nutrition Philosophy: Food and nutrition should be celebrated! Consume a predominantly whole foods diet rich with plant based foods, whole grains, lean protein and healthy fats. Seek out the simplest ingredients possible. Savor occasional indulgences and embrace a healthy relationship with food. Each client is treated as an individual; as such, no session looks the same.

In addition to nutrition, Pamela is passionate about yoga. She has been practicing yoga for over twelve years, having explored Vinyasa, Baptiste Power Yoga and Ashtanga. Pamela completed a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vida, NYC in 2017. Her classes are invigorating: offering physical challenge plus a nugget of yoga philosophy. Pamela teaches to empower students to live life with enthusiasm and integrity.

Carley Horan MS, RD

Carley is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Yoga Teacher.  She was recruited to the University of Southern California to play for USC’s inaugural division 1 women’s lacrosse program in 2013.  She completed her undergraduate studies in health promotion and disease prevention.  After graduating USC, Carley decided to stay in Los Angeles to earn a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Healthspan and Longevity at the USC Davis School of Gerontology.  Carley has always been passionate about optimizing the longevity of every type of athlete.  She loves teaching practical nutrition strategies and training techniques in group and one-on-one sessions.  Carley currently leads all the nutrition communication and community engagement projects at Nutrition for Longevity, a trending farm to fork meal kitting service that delivers clean, farm fresh food from their regenerative farm to your door within 48 hours of harvest.  Part time, Carley teaches all types of group fitness classes at a boutique fitness studio called Ride + Reflect in Morristown, NJ, and works as a personal dietitian and trainer for private clients, groups and training facilities.  

My Nutrition Philosophy: An appetite….what an amazing thing to have!  If you want your body to function efficiently for a long time, you have to elevate the quality of food your body will accept MOST of the time.  Strive for a predominantly whole foods diet rich in plants and color (whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lean protein and healthy fats) to be your “normal.”  This way you can fully indulge on the comfort foods you love every once in a while.  I respect every client’s unique medical and diet history, body type and biology, goals and barriers, taste preferences and cultural influences, as well as your readiness to change.  I coach each individual based on these factors to ensure, you not only meet your goals, but maintain them for the rest of your life.
