Assessment + Training Summary

If there is any pain or pinching within any joints during the assessment, IMMEDIATELY notify a trainer before you begin your program or any other physical activity.  Further medical assessment may be needed.

If you are confused with any of the assessment movements please ask a trainer for help. We are always here to assist

Keep track via a notebook or other document about what you found in your assessment. Recording yourself on video to analyze your findings is recommended and also very helpful.  You will use this to guide which variation of the exercises you will choose throughout the program.

The training program is designed to be progressive and as challenging as you want it to be all while self-created within your current physical limitations for safety.  If you have ANYYYYY questions at all about the app or whether or not you have a shoulder that should do a push up, just ask 🙂
